Please read these notices carefully.
To Avoid a room charge:
- At least a one night deposit is
required for all reservations.
- Please inform us 14 days before
your arrival date to avoid a full charge of the reservation.
- A $25 service fee applies to
all cancellations.

We are sorry, but our Inn does not allow pets.

Children under 12 years allowed only by special arrangement.

Our Inn is
smoke-free! Cleaning fees equal to one nights lodging will be charged if guests smoke in their rooms.
Group Cancellation Policy (4 or more rooms):
One night deposit is required for each room. Please inform us at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to avoid a full room charge per room. No cancellation of individual rooms allowed, unless rebooked within the group. A $25 service fee per room applies to all cancellations or changes..
